When was Future FinTech Group founded?

Future FinTech Group was initially incorporated in 1998 in Florida as Cyber Public Relations, Inc. As a result of the consummation of a reverse merger transaction, on February 26, 2008, we ceased to be a shell company and became an indirect holding company for SkyPeople Juice Group Co. Ltd. and have engaged in fruit juice related business before transition to fintech related business. In June 2017, we changed name from SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. to our current name Future FinTech Group Inc.
